Biography
YaNn Perrier questions the degraded fragments of nature in personal fictions. Each of its spheres, a colored and shimmering well, is a kind of optical instrument for the use of dreamers which builds an attractive - and the word will undoubtedly please him - utopia. It is stronger that we touch the sculptures, we lean to look inside, to follow the paths of light. “With this poetic work, life is really very simple: each sphere proposed by the sculptor brilliantly establishes the infinite power of the present moment, of the light of the moment. YaNn picks a piece of nature, works it, pigments it before pouring it into the resin to finish by sanding and polishing it. The realization of his art is then revealed by transparency.
