This intriguing sculpture depicts a hybrid creature, half bird, half human, seated on a high wooden chair. The bronze work stands out for its originality and its bold choice to merge avian and human elements. The bird, with a distinctive long beak, is seated, its wings folded in a pensive or contemplative manner. Its posture evokes an introspective calm, while its sculpted body reveals a rich and detailed texture, showcasing the artist's craftsmanship. One of the most striking aspects is the contrast between the rough, textured surface of the creature's plumage and the smooth, polished flesh of its human legs. The latter, clad in bright yellow shoes, add a vibrant and playful touch to the work, breaking with the otherwise sober and earthy colour palette. The shoes immediately catch the eye and introduce an element of surprise and modernity. The chair on which the creature sits is designed with a rugged simplicity; Its clean lines accentuate the surreal aspect of the sculpture as a whole. By placing the figure high up, the artist succeeds in capturing a dynamic of distance and intimacy, inviting the viewer to contemplate the work from bottom to top. He makes him a boss! Moreover, on the back of his chair, he is engraved "LeBoss". Through this creation, the artist explores profound themes of metamorphosis and coexistence between nature and humanity, while leaving a lot of room for personal interpretation. This fusion of shapes and textures, combined with bold and intelligent symbolism, makes this sculpture a remarkable and unforgettable work.

Presentation
Fascinated by art since her childhood, she started her artistic training during her secondary studies in Paris, where she took modeling evening classes at the School of Fine Arts parallel to her studies. But everything changed when she meet the artist Petrus in 1995, who teached her to play with volume, proportions and to work with clay and stone in three dimensions.
She moved to Nantes some years later and her artistic research focused on the subject of the body and her style became more defined and became definitely figurative while still exuding a certain symbolism. She then did a training in arc welding, always working on symbolism she began to study topics such as the origins of life, like the concept of the tree of life.
Dotty experiments with air and wall sculptures that she creates in bronze while developing a method of polychrome and adding gold leaf to amplify her defined style.
She got insterested in vinyl disks in 2016, which she cuts, shapes and paints to create a poetic and surprising result.
