Angélina Maia

Angélina Maia was born in Nantes, France and has lived in Portugal for over 20 years. She worked successfully in the commercial field and discovered a passion for cardboard in 2011. Over time and experiences, she evolves into an artistic universe and create sculptures that allow her to express her emotions, her sensitivity. She works her works with passion and a certain attention to detail. After a few exhibitions in Portugal, she took part in Art Shopping at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris in 2016. This positive experience opened the doors to international exhibitions for her. In 2017, she participated in numerous exhibitions such as Art3F Paris, Art3F Nantes, Artexpo New York, Art Shopping Paris etc… Private collections in Germany, England, France, India, Netherlands and Portugal.
